There's a lot going on with this Lenox Hill apartment, to the degree that it's difficult to know where to begin when describing it. But one thing to note: for all of its pattern and color mixing, it's pretty big—1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms—and it's asking $995,000.

The co-op is in an L shape, and the first space you encounter is the foyer, with gingham-printed walls (which, yes, look like a picnic table) accompanied by dark wood moldings. It's hard to pinpoint a focal point in the living room—would it be the red lacquer built-in bookcases? The fireplace surrounded by stone? We'll let you make the call there.

The two bedrooms are slightly more subdued, and both have en-suite marble bathrooms, walk-in closets, beamed ceilings, and huge windows. The apartment is also equipped with its own washer/dryer unit.
