The listing description dubs the space a "prewar gem," and we'd by lying if we said that we didn't agree. A modern renovation has optimized the space but also preserved some original detail, like the high beamed ceilings and wood floors. The apartment's steel casement windows provide southern and western exposures, which result in a plethora of sunlight (never a bad thing).
