What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op walk-up in Park Slope
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance: $700
How this Park Slope walk-up should be laid out is up for debate—as a two-bedroom, or as it's set up now as a one-bedroom with a spacious living area and separate dining room—but one thing that's indisputable about the apartment is its abundance of original woodwork. The 82-foot-deep railroad apartment comes with glorious inlaid parquet wood floors, baseboard and window moldings, two built-in hutches in the dining room, and not to mention a sweet stained glass interior window.
The apartment does have its drawbacks, though. The second bedroom, the bathroom, and the home office all look onto a light well. The bathroom goes unpictured in the listing, but the floorplan promises it's a tight squeeze. There are also just two closet in the entire place.
Knowing all that, it's time to guess the asking price—put your best guess in the comments, and we'll reveal the commenter who guessed correctly tomorrow.
