In Greenwich Village, a stylish studio with sleeping loft wants $750K

The 500-square-foot home has been fully renovated

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Along Waverly Place in Greenwich Village, an attractive loft studio has hit the market and surprisingly, it doesn't cost a million dollars. The 500-square-foot abode is something like a railroad style and is going for $750,000.

The sun-filled living room is equipped with ceilings that rise more than 13 feet high and two large windows that overlook Waverly Place. A stylish set of stairs leads up to the lofted bedroom that overlooks the living room on one side and the kitchen on the other.

The kitchen is an interesting space that provides your typical kitchen set-up, with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets, only there is also a small work station on hand as well. The bathroom has been revamped with a shower stall and a vanity sink with cut-out storage spaces.

Monthly maintenance isn't terrible at $1.075.
