Halstead Property.

↑ The brokerbabble calls this one-bedroom, one-bathroom home on Carroll Street a "modern-day fairy tale" which is a bit dramatic but not entirely false. The inviting home is going for $692,000 and comes with oak floors, original molding, a renovated kitchen, several large closets, and lots of windows that fill the space with natural light.

When: Sunday, October 5 (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

It has a loft-like feel, with high beamed ceilings and an open-concept floorplan; there's also a wood-burning fireplace, a chef's kitchen with custom cabinets, and a washer/dryer unit.

When: Sunday, October 5 (1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.)
