The five-story townhouse comes with a top-floor, windowed sauna with views of the Empire State Building

A 6,000-square-foot Gramercy townhouse that just underwent a gut renovation, courtesy of a Morris Adjmi redesign, is now on the market for $9.995 million. At present the townhouse features three bedrooms, but the brokers on the property are offering up an alternative layout with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A grand stoop entry leads to the parlor floor of the brownstone building, located on East 18th Street, near Stuyvesant Park. This floor features inlaid white oak flooring, 13-foot-tall ceilings, and the townhouse's formal dining room.
