Condos in Greenpoint's tallest tower now up for grabs for just under $1M

The 40-story building will have 95 condos starting on the 28th floor

Greenpoint's tallest building has launched sales on its 95 condos with prices starting at $989,000 for a one-bedroom. The condo portion of this 40-story development, known as The Greenpoint, comes with a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units. Prices on two-bedrooms start at $1.51 million and three-bedrooms start at $2.16 million. Pricing on studios has yet to be released.

Last week, the development team, which is comprised of Mack Real Estate Group and Palin Enterprises, along with Urban Development Partners, released a couple of new renderings through their social media accounts. Now this sales launch has brought with it a host of new renderings, including the first interior renderings of the condos.

The condos start on the 28th floor of this building located at 21 India Street, and most come with balconies or terraces. Some of the standout features in the condos include the ceilings heights, which range from nine-and-a-half-feet to ten-and-a-half-feet; the honed statuario white marble used in the kitchen and the master bathroom; the Miele appliance package, also in the kitchen; and wide plank walnut floors.

Residents in the condo building will have 30,000 square feet of amenities to choose from. They include a basketball court, a sun deck, a gym, a yoga studio, co-working spaces, tons of outdoor lounging area, a children's playroom, and a private dining room with a catering kitchen, among others.

The lower floors of this 40-story building will be comprised of rentals, though pricing information on those has yet to be released. What we do know however is that celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson will now be taking up a sizable chunk of the retail space in the building for his new restaurant, his first in Brooklyn.

Residents won't start moving in until next summer, but construction has been making swift progress in their anticipation. The building topped out in February this year, and just last month, photos from the construction site revealed that the building had been fitted with a large portion of its glass facade.

As part of the overall project, the development team is also working on a 29,000-square-foot public park that will connect it to the India Street ferry stop on the NYC Ferry. Finally, condo listings haven't gone live yet, but we'll be sure to update this post when they do.
