Hell's Kitchen's two-building, 400-unit rental unveils model units

Apartments here come in studios through two-bedrooms

Less than a month after leasing got underway at Taconic's massive Hell's Kitchen rental, the developer has now released images of some of the model apartments at the two-building development.

Five model homes at 525 West 52nd Street were staged and designed by Ash NYC, a firm known for this type of work. 525W52nd, as this project is officially known, has a total of 392 apartments that come in studios through two-bedrooms.

Prices start at $3,514 for studio and go up to $7,003 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, based on currently available units on StreetEasy. Dozens of apartments have already been rented out, but several others are still up for grabs.

The rental comes with a plethora of amenities including a 15,000-square-foot courtyard with bocce courts, a roof terrace, a fitness center, a sports lounge with golf simulators, among others.

Taconic partnered with Mitsui Fudosan America on the rental development and brought on Handel Architects to design the project. The first set of residents began moving in June 1 this year, and the project overall is looking at a September completion date.
