What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op in Prospect Heights
Square Footage: N/A
Maintenance: $600
There is a strange layout in place for this railroad-style Prospect Heights co-op but if you can get past that, you'll find that the space isn't too shabby and the location has its perks (hint: it's a few blocks away from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden).
There are two decent-sized bedrooms, both with large walk-in closets and a fair amount of natural light. The cozy living room is appointed with oak wood floors and high ceilings while the windowed kitchen is small and V-shaped but offers lots of storage. The adjacent dining space can accommodate at least six guests comfortably.
The apartment also comes with its own dedicated private storage space and provides access to the building's lovely shared backyard.
So with all that in mind, how much do you think the place is asking? Let us know in the comments.
