In Bushwick, ND Architecture reveals tricolor design for Rheingold Brewery site

This will bring over a hundred apartments to the neighborhood

As plans to redevelop the remaining parcels of the former Rheingold Brewery site in Bushwick move forward, new renderings have emerged for the latest residential building set to rise within this mega-development, Brownstoner reported.

The new renderings are for the Rabsky Group's building at 115 Stanwix Street that's being designed by ND Architecture and Design. While the architect's page lists an eight-story building with 130 apartments, plans filed with the Department of Buildings reveal 95 apartments spread over six stories.

The massive building seems to cover almost an entire block, if the renderings are anything to go by. Late last year, the Rabsky Group received a $93 million construction loan that would cover projects on three of its sites: 115 Stanwix Street, 501 Bushwick Avenue, and 10 Montieth Street.

10 Montieth Street is the jagged donut-like building that's designed by ODA, and will bring 392 apartments to the neighborhood. At 115 Stanwix, plans also call for a 3,300 square-foot commercial facility on the ground floor of the building. It's not yet clear how many, if any, of the units here will be affordable housing.

Also in the works at the Rheingold site is the massive All Year Management-developed European Village-style development that will bring between 800-900 apartments to the neighborhood.
