↑ For $2,100/month, there's a renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Astoria. The apartment has hardwood floors, a modest kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large full bathroom.

↑ In Bushwick, a two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment along Kosciuszko Street wants $2,100/month. The apartment offers a decent amount of natural light due to its many windows. The two bedrooms are nicely sized, and there's also a revamped kitchen with new (if not-so-exciting) cabinets.

↑ Rent this Upper East Side studio, located on First Avenue and 77th Street, for $2,050/month. The modest space offers a tiny kitchen with little cabinet space (but hey, the appliances look new) and at least one decently-sized closet.

↑ On the Upper West Side, a small studio across the street from Central Park is asking $2,150/month. There isn't much to it (sensing a theme with these apartments?): there is a tiny kitchen and some neat built-ins but otherwise, the location is the selling point.

↑ In Brooklyn Heights, an apartment that's advertised as a "true one-bedroom" is going for $2,150/month. The staging isn't optimal, but it looks like there's potential here; it's also located on one of the neighborhood's nicest blocks. Alas, no pets are allowed.

↑ And last but not least, there's this Williamsburg one-bedroom going for $2,099/month. In addition to that bedroom, the pad comes with one bathroom, bright cherry hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and a small but modern kitchen.
