432 Park Avenue pad seeks $31M after selling for less in September

Another 432 Park Avenue with glorious views is looking for a buyer

Another magnificent, and magnificently pricey 432 Park Avenue apartment hit the market this week. The 4,019-square-foot half-floor spread at 68B is a resale, and last sold in September 2016 to the anonymous Helix Park Avenue LLC. Ten months later, it's back on the market asking $30.9 million. The sale also includes an accompanying service suite at 28L and a private wine cellar.

The apartment is grand in the way that these impossibly unobtainable places are: The views onto Central Park and Manhattan beyond are, to use an apt little bit of brokerbabble, unrivaled. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom including a his and hers for the master bedroom, an additional library or den space, and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking northern Manhattan. In short, the place is not too shabby.

The condo is on the market with Kyle W. Blackmon at Compass.
