For $984K, an industrial-chic Williamsburg condo with a private terrace

Better grab this one-bedroom, priced under a million, while you can

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Williamsburg is becoming one of those neighborhoods where in the very near future, it will be all but impossible to find a one-bedroom for anything less than seven figures. For now, there is this 727-square-foot condo that just barely qualifies as a six-digit listing, with an asking price of $984,500. Let's take a look at what it offers.

The "rare find" apartment, as brokerbabble calls it, comes with a lot of exposed brick, with every room with the exception of the bathroom featuring it (yes, even the kitchen has a brick wall). In the living room, high ceilings, columns, and exposed vent pipes contribute to the industrial-chic aesthetic.

The apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, as well as in the bedroom, allowing for plenty of natural light. The open kitchen has been bedecked with a huge marble breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and open shelves.

Three decent-sized closets allow for plenty of storage space and there is a washer/dryer machine on hand for added convenience. There is a private terrace that spans the length of the living room and the bedroom, and measures in at 155 square feet.

Monthly taxes are just $560 and common charges are an additional $289/month.
