In Dumbo, an airy, industrial-chic loft with East River views wants $1.7M

One of the bedrooms has a retractable barn door and a Murphy bed

A converted soap factory in Dumbo is offering up a spacious loft for $1.695 million. Located on the sixth floor of a seven-story building, the apartment opens up into a foyer, which leads to the kitchen around the corner.

This has been fitted with several swanky appliances and finishes including caesarstone countertops, a Bosch dishwasher, and a Bertazzoni Italian oven, among other features. The apartment's spacious living/dining areas are just beyond that and feature massive windows that offer views of the waterfront.

Though the apartment is billed as a two-bedroom home, one of the rooms technically does not have a window, so there is that to consider. That room does have access to a large walk-in closet, and a marble-tiled bathroom, so perhaps that makes up for it a little bit?

The second bedroom is separated from the living/dining room by a large, retractable barn door, and comes fitted with a Murphy bed, and some closet space. There is a third room currently setup as a nursery/office, though that might potentially function as a third tiny bedroom.

Aside from that, the apartment comes with up a stackable washer/dryer, and Daikon split air conditioners. Residents in the building also have access to a gym, bike storage, and a furnished roof deck.
