565 Broome Soho, Renzo Piano Building Workshop's (RPBW) dual-tower Soho condo, has now officially topped out. The development consortium, which is comprised of Bizzi & Partners Development, Aronov Development and Halpern Real Estate Ventures, held a topping out ceremony at the construction site on Friday.

The project marks RPBW's first residential project in the United States. The curved-glass curtain wall of the two towers is currently being installed, and the developers are anticipating a full completion sometime in early 2018.

Sales on the 30-story structure's 115 apartments launched in September 2016, with prices starting from $990,000. Most of the apartments here are already in contract, but of the ones available, prices range from $2.38 million and go up to $14.5 million.

The developers roped in Parisian firm RDAI to design the interiors, and the latter has envisioned six-inch white oak plank flooring, and tall ceilings heights for the apartments. A select group of units here will have private terraces with 25-foot saltwater pools.

Amenities planned for the condo include a glass-enclosed conservatory and lounge with a 90-foot-tall green wall, library, and wet bar; sauna and steam rooms; a children's playroom; and for those that don't have access to a private pool, a 55-foot saltwater lap pool.
