This is one of those places where the location is the biggest selling point—but all we're going to tell you is that it's on Second Avenue, close to all the things that people move to the East Village for these days (restaurants, bars) as well as the neighborhood's available transit.

The space itself is nice—if you're okay with a lot of exposed brick—and relatively spacious, though it has quite a boxy layout. The bedroom is big and has two large windows. There are only two closets (that's a con), but the apartment comes with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
