Brooklyn Heights’s tallest condo launches sales from $2.4M

The 29-story tower on Livingston Street has 22 full-floor apartments and one duplex penthouse

Sales are underway on what is now the tallest residential building in Brooklyn Heights. The slender tower at 67 Livingston Street just has 23 apartments spread out over its 29 floors. All the apartments here are full-floor residences save for the condo's duplex penthouse.

Apartments here will officially ask from $2.395 million; at present, three units are available on the building's website: A two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit on the building's third floor asking $2.55 million, a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit asking $2.95 million, and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 20th floor asking $3.37 million.

Apartments at the condo building—where the interiors were designed by CetraRuddy—feature herringbone white oak floors, oak cabinetry, kitchens with quartz counters and a full Miele appliance package, and bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and polished nickel fixtures. The condos will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 3,400 square feet.

Amenities here include a landscaped roof terrace, a rear courtyard on the ground floor, a children's playroom, a residents lounge with a catering kitchen, a wine cellar, and bicycle storage.

Sales and marketing at the HTO Architect-designed condo are being handled by Bold New York. A sales gallery for the project is located on the 19th floor of the structure. The first set of residents are expected to move in this fall.

The condo project is a conversion of a former Jehovah's Witnesses building; the developer, Silverback Properties, purchased the site from another developer, Glory Capital in 2017 for $28.6 million. More details on the condo conversion emerged last fall, and now the building is racing toward the finish line.
