How much for a bright and cozy 2BR in Washington Heights?

Can you guess the right price?

Pricespotter is Curbed's pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Washington Heights

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,098

This cozy two-bedroom co-op is located just a short walk away from the Morris-Jumel Mansion, Manhattan's oldest house. Now on to some facts about the apartment itself: it's a fourth floor walk-up in a pre-war building; it gets plenty of light thanks to windows on three sides; and the apartment has nearly 10-foot-tall ceilings.

The apartment opens up into a hallway with the bathroom being the first stop as you move down the hall. The windowed bath has white subway tile walls, and penny tile floors. The kitchen is beyond that and comes with granite countertops and a dishwasher.

The apartment then opens up into the main living space—the dining area and living room are separated by French doors. The unit's two bedrooms are located next to each other, and both have small closets. Residents in the building also have access to a common laundry room, and garden. For all of that, how much do you think this place is asking?
