The firm's latest collaboration with Adam America Real Estate is located at 10 Nevins Street
Adam America Real Estate and ODA New York have been plenty busy in New York in the past few years; that team has no fewer than five collaborations in the works right now, including several projects in the Boerum Hill/Downtown Brooklyn area.
One of those projects, at 10 Nevins Street (with Slate Property Group as a co-developer), is gearing up for a sales launch sometime in the next few months; ahead of that, more details about the development, known as the Brooklyn Grove, have come out, along with a teaser website.
The building will have entrances on both Nevins Street and Grove Place in Downtown Brooklyn, with 184 condos spread out across its 27 stories. The units will be a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, with apartments beginning at $590,000 and topping out at north of $2.5 million.
ODA is the design architect for the building and is responsible for the interiors, while Steven B. Jacobs is the architect of record. The building will have a muted color palette, with dark gray brick on the exterior, and natural materials—wood, marble—within. There will also be a unique, dual-level amenities space with aquatic, fitness, and entertaining perks.
Apartments are expected to hit the market sometime this summer, with Halstead Property Development Marketing handling sales.
