The full-floor abode first hit the market in September 2017 for $45 million

After taking a hiatus from the market, the palatial Fifth Avenue abode on the 12th floor of 1030 Fifth Avenue has returned with a much lower asking price. Instead of seeking $46 million as it was back in September, the six-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is now looking to sell for $35 million.

Aside from switching brokerage firms (from Sotheby's to Warburg) and offering a fresh new set of listing photos, not much has changed. The full-floor apartment still offers a living room that overlooks Fifth Avenue, a walnut-paneled library, a private elevator entrance, 10-foot-tall ceilings, multiple wood-burning fireplaces, and hand-carved moldings. Other notable mentions include the master suite, where there is an en-suite bathroom, a sitting area, and a dressing room.

Only time will tell if the $11 million price chop will help to entice a new buyer.
