How much for a light-filled 1BR in Williamsburg with a balcony?

Can you guess the correct asking price?

Pricespotter is Curbed's pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA condo in Williamsburg

Square Footage: 886 square feet

Maintenance/Common Charges: $682

This one-bedroom condo is one of just 14 that is located within a seven-story prewar building that was gut renovated in 2005. The apartment offers a loft-like layout that features a spacious living room that is filled with sunlight, an open chef's kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, and a spacious bedroom.

There are a few nice conveniences that include a washer/dryer machine, central air conditioning/heating, and a sizable balcony outside of the living room. The drawback is that the nearest subway station—the Marcy Avenue stop where you can catch the J, M, or Z train—is a bit of a schlep (just over a 10-minute walk).

With that said, how much do you think this place is going for?
