How much do you think this top-floor apartment is asking?

Pricespotter is Curbed's pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,412

This bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a 16-story co-op building on West End Avenue. The apartment opens up into the living room and kitchen area. The corner unit really benefits from its location in the building and gets plenty of light.

The kitchen was recently renovated, and is now fitted with a ton of swanky appliances. These include a Liebherr refrigerator, a dishwasher, a convection oven and microwave combo, a 23-bottle wine fridge, and a Wolf gas range. The large kitchen island, and tons of cabinet space in the kitchen are a plus.

The bedroom is located just beyond the living room and comes with three windows and two closets. Based on the listing photo, it can comfortably fit a full size bed. The bathroom is in between the bedroom and the living room, and has a soaking tub and shower combined in one, and comes with tiled walls and flooring.

Aside from that, this apartment has high beamed ceilings and hardwood floors. Residents in the co-op building also have access to laundry in the building, a live-in super, a bike room, a package room, and extra storage. For all of that, how much do you think this place is asking?
