In Williamsburg, a soap factory-turned-condo unveils new looks

The nine-story building will bring a total of 45 apartments to the neighborhood

As a new condo building on North 7th Street, in Williamsburg, gears up for its sales launch, developers Adam America Real Estate and Naveh Shuster Group have unveiled a teaser site for the project, along with a new set of renderings.

The nine-story building, located at 308 North 7th Street, will have a total of 45 apartments. Residences here will come in one to three-bedroom variants including four penthouses, and three garden-level units. 39 apartments here will have some type of private outdoor space, and the interiors at the condo are being designed by Paris Forino.

The condo is located on the site of a former soap factory. The building recently topped out and architect Isaac & Stern have designed a building with a distressed roman brick facade with metal panels.

Residents in the building will have access to several amenities like a rooftop fitness center with an outdoor space, a children's playroom, a landscaped garden, on-site parking for purchase, and private cabanas that are also available for purchase.

Sales are expected to launch sometime this summer and are being handled by the Shemesh Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Construction on the project is expected to wrap early next year.
