The apartment is asking a mind-boggling $125,000/month
Another one of One57's über-pricey condos has made its way to the market, this time as a rental, asking a whopping $125,000/month, making it New York City's most expensive non-hotel rental.
The four-bedroom home is located on the building's 80th floor and encompasses nearly 6,250 square feet of space. Like many other units at One57, the great room is furnished with dramatic columns, soaring ceilings, and lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the city and Central Park.
The open custom kitchen features high-end, built-in stainless steel appliances, along with a large center island, and there is a "breakfast room" situated between the kitchen and the living room.
Each of the four bedrooms are en-suite, however, only the master suite can brag of north, east, and south views. The master bedroom is also complete with a huge walk-in closet, a double master bathroom (!) with a steam room, a dressing room, and a sitting area. There is a laundry area with a washer/dryer machine located across from one of the smaller bedrooms.
For whoever finds themselves the tenant of this pricey rental can save themselves the hassle of finding furniture, should they choose. The condo can be delivered furnished (minus the artwork), but that will bring the price up to $150,000/month.
