Per the listing, the apartment resides on the building's "penthouse floor" and there are three balconies. There is one caveat: the nearest subway stations are roughly a 15-minute walk away.

For $3,590/month, there's this duplex apartment on the Upper West Side. It comes with two queen-sized bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms), 12-foot ceilings, a decorative living room fireplace, a modest kitchen, a storage loft, and a private roof deck.

After a gut renovation, a light-filled apartment in Bushwick, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is going for $3,575/month. The unit has exposed brick, a spacious living room, queen-sized bedrooms, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a wine cooler; and its own private outdoor space.
