After a renovation, this bright three-bedroom in Crown Heights is renting for $2,800/month. There are wood floors throughout, recessed lighting, a small but well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of windows.

For $2,750, there's this renovated one-bedroom in Greenpoint, complete with a custom kitchen, hardwood floors, a mudroom, a washer/dryer, and a marble-covered bathroom. The apartment comes with a private roof deck that has views of Manhattan's skyline.

Last but not least is this multi-level one-bedroom in the West Village. There are some modern upgrades: a new (albeit tiny) kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other flourishes include exposed brick walls and a decorative fireplace. Asking price is $2,795/month.
