How much for an Upper West Side 1BR with a terrace?

Can you guess the asking price of this apartment?

Pricespotter is Curbed's pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,797

Let's start with the pros about this Upper West Side one-bedroom: There are large windows in every room, as well as a north-facing private terrace located just off the bedroom. That space and the living room are both big, and the bedroom comes with a walk-in closet. It's located in a pet-friendly building that comes with a garden and fitness room.

As for potential drawbacks, the kitchen is quite small—very modern and with high-end appliances, but small nevertheless. The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom, which could be a pain for guests. And the maintenance is quite high at nearly $1,800/month.

Location-wise, it's prime Upper West Side: It's close to two subway stops and near shopping and other neighborhood amenities; Riverside Park is less than a block away. (And here's a hint to the specific address: it's close to the Eleanor Roosevelt monument in that park.)

Knowing all this, how much do you think the apartment is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
