The apartment is asking nearly $2 million less this time around
The over-the-top Trump World Tower condo owned by wealthy New York City socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein is getting ready to return to the market with a slight price chop, reports the New York Post. The "catwoman," as she is known, listed the 5,160-square-foot apartment in January for $12.95 million, following a scuffle with her beau Kevin Lloyd that made her feel uncomfortable in the home after the incident.
This time around, Wildenstein is hoping to sell the abode for $11 million. Interior photos of the apartment are hard to come across but Platinum Properties listing broker Khashy Eyn told the Post that the apartment has been stripped of its gaudy animal print interiors and furniture and will be delivered "totally raw." The space is actually a combination of three apartments into one and boasts multiple private elevators, a library, and stellar views of the East River and Manhattan's skyline.
Rumor also has it that Wildenstein has defaulted on a $4.5 million mortgage for the apartment, which could be further reason she is looking to sell.
