It looks like Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi is trading one pricey apartment in a much-lauded West Village development for another. Just a few months after listing his stunning duplex penthouse at 150 Charles Street, the erstwhile John Bongiovi has reportedly scooped up a unit at the Greenwich Lane, the luxe condo that replaced St. Vincent's Hospital.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Bon Jovi purchased a 3,951-square-foot, four-bedroom unit within the posh complex, though the sale has yet to hit public records. The apartment, which sits on one of the complex's corners, also comes with its own balcony, a private elevator, Juliette balconies on the living room windows, a fancy chef's kitchen, a master suite with south and east exposures, and more.
Bon Jovi's been making plenty of real estate moves in the past few years; he purchased the apartment at 150 Charles in 2015, and before that had a devil of a time selling off his $37.5 million Soho penthouse. (It eventually found a buyer; to date, the 150 Charles duplex has not been so lucky, and has been pricechopped to $15.95 million.)
His new place comes with a host of swank amenities, including a private garden and a gym by The Wright Fit—so will this be the place that Bon Jovi will finally "Never Say Goodbye" (sorry) to? Time will tell.
