The condo and rental building towers nearly 400 feet above the neighborhood
The sales team behind Greenpoint's tallest tower, The Greenpoint, is drumming up awareness about the project as the condo (and rental) building gets ready to launch sales, and with that they've released two new renderings on their social media platforms.
Both the rendering reveals are of the amenity spaces in this 40-story waterfront tower. One is of the condo's sun deck, and the other is of the basketball court, which the developers are calling the Huron Basketball Court.
Construction has been progressing steadily on this residential building over the past few months. The building had reached the halfway point when we checked in with the development last November. In February, the building topped out at nearly 400 feet. By last month, the building had been fitted with a large portion of its glass facade.
In all this project, which is being developed by Mack Real Estate Group and Palin Enterprises with Urban Development Partners, will bring 95 condos and 368 rentals to the neighborhood. The condos will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedrooms with prices expected to start at $1.1 million. Details on the rentals haven't been revealed yet.
Construction on this Ismael Levya Architects-designed tower is supposed to wrap sometime next spring.
