Though it's billed as a one-bedroom, this spacious Midtown co-op could, in theory, work as a two-bedroom—the current owners have a small office set up as a nursery, and it has a window, so it's not unfeasible. Other attributes include "pristine hardwood" floors, a nicely redone kitchen and bathroom, an enormous living room, and a decent amount of closet space.

To give you some clues as to what the price may be, it's located in Midtown East—and it's pretty far east, as in one block from the river. The monthly maintenance isn't exactly cheap, but the building comes with bike storage and a new outdoor common space, along with a laundry room.
