Parker and husband Matthew Broderick reportedly spent $34.5 million on the home
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have reportedly tapped architect Morris Adjmi to design their rumored West Village megamansion, Luxury Listings NYC reports. Building permits for the two townhouses, located at 273 and 275 West 11th Street, list Adjmi as the applicant of record, and reveal plans for an interior demolition, further indication that the two townhouses will be combined for a larger home.
The Sex and the City star and her husband reportedly spent $34.5 million on the two townhouses last summer, which was still less than its original ask of $44 million. Neither Adjmi or Parker agreed to comment on LLNYC's story, but together these townhouses offer nearly 14,000 square feet of space, and a private garden.
The couple sold their East 10th Street, a short walk away from this West Village site, back in the summer of 2015, at a slight loss. Their latest rumored West Village project will join a series of megamansions in the neighborhood, including the rumored home of Napster founder Sean Parker, and hedge funder Steven Cohen.
