The condo project is comprised of two interconnected 11-story residential buildings
Isay Weinfeld's first New York City residential building has topped out, new construction site photos by Field Condition reveal. The High Line-adjacent development is comprised of two towers; The building's north tower, fronting on West 28th Street, topped out in September, and now the south tower has followed suit.
When complete, the two towers will be connected by multi-tiered, landscaped gardens. Both buildings stand 11-stories tall. Jardim Norte, fronting on West 28th Street will have 29 apartments, and Jardim Sul, facing West 27th Street, will have just seven apartments for a total of 36 condos in the overall development.
Curbed had a chance to tour the sales gallery for the development in February this year, and experience first hand what it would be like to drive through a brick-vaulted private driveway that connects the two towers underground.
Sales on the condo launched in January 2016 with prices starting from just under $2 million. Several of the units here are now in contract. Among the currently available units, prices range from $4.65 million, and go up to $7.15 million. Construction on this Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group-developed condo is expected to wrap sometime next year.
