Pricing starts at $1.1 million for 13 units over two buildings
Sales have just launched for 62-66 North Third Street, a Brooklyn condo with 13 residences designed with families in mind.
The dual-building development is located between Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg. 66 North Third features five full-floor residences, with direct key-lock elevator access to each of the three- and four-bedroom apartments. (Four of the units are approximately 2,000 square feet and have large open kitchens plus outdoor space.) 62 North Third holds eight apartments, a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 731 up to 2,000 square feet.
Developers Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, Duke Equities and MJM Contracting Services envisioned a project that reflected a "modern interpretation of traditional Williamsburg." They hired SRA Architecture and Engineering for the exterior of the two buildings and Kimberly Peck for interior design.
Interior finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows and wide plank hardwood floors. Modern kitchens boast sleek built-in appliances and lengthy islands; bathrooms come with double vanity sinks and separate shower stalls.
Since both of the buildings offer some form of private outdoor space, apartments come with either a balcony or an oversized terrace with skyline views. Each building offers a second-floor unit with a 1,200 square foot terrace. And two three-bedroom penthouses, one in each building, actually have outdoor space spread over two levels, including a 1,100-square-foot roof deck.
Two separate lobbies, one per building, were finished in polished dark concrete floors, Japanese charcoal wood walls, Italian tile and topped off with a black steel chandelier.
Construction will wrap on the entire project by December. Full pricing is coming soon, according to the website, but it will begin at $1.1 million.
