Chelsea pre-war co-op with a sleeping alcove wants $695K

The studio is part of the London Towers apartment complex and measures just under 550 square feet

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A bright studio in Chelsea's London Terrace apartment complex has come on the market for $695,000. The studio measures just under 550 square feet, and has a separate sleeping alcove right off of the main living space.

The apartment is a corner unit and gets a good amount of light from the windows in the living room and the kitchen. The latter space comes with a decent amount of counter space and closets, considering the overall size of the apartment. The unit was recently renovated and has a bunch of new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher.

The bathroom here, which is off the entrance to the unit, comes with subway tiled walls, a deep soaking cast iron tub, and a black and white mosaic tile floor. Residents in the London Towers complex, which was built in the 1930s, also have access to a host of amenities. These include a gym, a swimming pool, a rooftop deck, and steam and sauna rooms.
