On a quiet stretch of Willow Place in Brooklyn Heights, hidden from the more tourist-heavy crowds near the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, sits a row of well-preserved Greek Revival homes that date back to before the Civil War. Though the neighborhood is chock full of historic homes, these buildings—Nos. 43 through 49 Willow Place—stand out, thanks to a colonnade that connects them, giving the whole block a rather stately air.
